I’ve worked in the financial services industry for 14 years, starting out in a major High Street bank, and then spending the last 12 years as a mortgage and protection adviser in Leicestershire, with the last 10 years working for a large regional Estate Agent & Building Society as a whole of market broker in their Wigston branch.
During that time I have been a successful mortgage and protection adviser building up a large client bank, with many returning customers and new customers coming to me by word of mouth from previous happy customers.
I pride myself on my knowledge of different lenders criteria, my organisational skills, and above all the care and attention I place on my clients needs and the service I provide them. For me recommendations from happy customers is the highest praise I can receive.
I am a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser, holding the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap), and regularly undertake competency testing to ensure my knowledge is always up to date.
During my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, socialise and go on holiday.
